Only a store credit will be issue for returns. Our return policy last 7 days after order has been delivered. For returns please email us at uapaboutique@hotmail.com and explain the reason for the return. All store pickups and returns are made in Uapa Boutique Santa Rosa, Bayamón.  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached and in the original packaging.  We require a receipt proof of purchase. Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, we will be sent a notification with the amount of the store credit. We will not accept items without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged. Non-returnable items: Accessories (Bags, Jewelry, Intimates & SALE Items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a store credit or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages or delays in delivery by USPS.
