Refund policy

Only a store credit will be issue for returns. Our return policy last 7 days after order has been delivered. For returns please email us at uapaboutique@hotmail.com and explain the reason for the return. All store pickups and returns are made in Uapa Boutique Santa Rosa, Bayamón.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached and in the original packaging.  We require a receipt proof of purchase. Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, we will be sent a notification with the amount of the store credit. We will not accept items without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged. Non-returnable items: Accessories (Bags, Jewelry, Intimates & SALE Items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a store credit or exchanged. Metallic Items, Stones and Rhinestone Pieces cannot be returned for credit or exchange.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages or delays in delivery by USPS. 

If you choose the "pick-up" option, you may collect your order from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30am-5:30pm. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification by email or text message. Please be sure to include your email address and phone number when placing your order. After your order is placed you will have 15 days to pick-up your order. After 15 days, unfortunately you will lose the right to exchange or return your items. Items that remain unclaimed for more than 30 days may be placed back on sale, and only 30% of the total purchase will be credited to you as store credit for one more month. After the month goes by, the 30% will no longer be eligible.
